Back to the Root of It All

At Sunkissed Nutrition, I believe healing begins at the table. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, simplify your plate, and find clarity through real, nourishing food—without the extremes or the overwhelm. Here, we don’t do quick fixes. We go deep, together.

My path to nutrition was born from years of personal healing, witnessing the power of food as medicine—not in a trendy or restrictive way, but through consistent, mindful nourishment rooted in tradition and science.

As a holistic chef and integrative nutrition coach, I guide clients through customized wellness journeys that honor their unique needs—whether that’s managing autoimmune symptoms, healing after burnout, or simply learning to feel good again in their body.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about rebuilding trust with yourself, your plate, and your health—one meal at a time.

"I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious."

The Heart Behind the Healing

My journey into healing through food began in high school—on two parallel paths. On one side, I was an athlete struggling with digestion, unsure why I didn’t feel hungry and why my body wasn’t functioning the way I knew it should. On the other, I watched my mom lovingly and relentlessly search for natural ways to help my dad recover from a stroke. Her unwavering belief in food as medicine lit a spark in me. All I wanted to do was help heal people.

I’ve walked the road of hormonal imbalances and food frustrations—navigating birth control, fad diets, and uncomfortable symptoms until I found my rhythm. I learned what worked for my unique chemistry, and slowly, through curiosity, cultural exploration, and a whole lot of trial and error, I found my way home to whole foods and real nourishment.

The kitchen has always been my safe haven. Whether it’s stocked to the brim or running on scraps, something magical happens when I start creating. It’s where I feel most free, most myself. And coaching? Coaching brings peace. It’s the privilege of walking alongside someone as they rediscover their power. I don’t tell my clients what to do—I guide them back to their own wisdom, cheering for every breakthrough and wiping tears at every final session.

What I want most for you is confidence. I want you to leave our time together feeling empowered to make choices that align with your body, your rhythm, and your life. To fall in love with food again—and even more so, with yourself.

Because healing isn’t about restriction. It’s about learning to listen, trust, and nourish—one meal, one moment, one insight at a time.
